There are so many professionals providing individual therapy - some are Psychologists, some Social Workers, and some are Coaches of all kinds and varieties, How should you choose?
I am best suited to help clients who are going through some transition - maybe you immigrated to a different country, made Aliyah, became religious, or maybe you were raised in an observant family and stopped observing Jewish Law. You may be in the middle of a different journey.
As a therapist, I use a combination of dynamic therapy with some CBT elements.
When working with a client I am trying to help them understand the deep roots of their feelings, experiences, and actions.
However, being in therapy with me is a very active undertaking, You will be challenged. You will get homework. You definitely won’t be bored.
